This Return Policy governs the return, replacement, and refund of products purchased through the Website https://www.tommeetipee.ae; https://www.tommeetippee.kw; https://www.tommeetippee.bh; https://www.tommeetippee.om; https://www.tommeetippee.qa; https://www.tommeetippee.me)
(hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), which is owned and operated by Trucare FZC, a company established and existing under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office and warehouse located in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE (hereinafter referred to as “Trucare”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
This Return Policy is issued in compliance with Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection (UAE), Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2020, and relevant consumer protection laws applicable within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. Products purchased through the Website are eligible for return if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.
- A return request is submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery.
1.2. Products which are not eligible for return include, but are not limited to:
- Products that have been used, worn, damaged by the customer, or tampered with.
- Products classified as personal care, hygiene items, baby feeding products, or any items that are sealed for health protection reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Products sold during promotional campaigns marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".
2. Return Process
2.1. To initiate a return, the customer must contact our Customer Support Team at (Trucare FZC, Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, tommeetippee@trucarefzc.com, #+971 6 5263945 during 09:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday) or through the Returns Portal on the Website, providing the order number, reason for return, and supporting photographs or videos, if applicable.
2.2. Once the return request is approved:
- Trucare will arrange for collection of the product through its designated courier partner.
- The customer must ensure the product is properly packaged for safe return transit.
2.3. All returns are subject to inspection and verification by Trucare’s Quality Assurance Team.
3. Refunds
3.1. Upon successful inspection and approval of the returned product:
- Refunds shall be issued via the original payment method within 14 (fourteen) business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds shall be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as mutually agreed.
3.2. Delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to Trucare’s error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
4. Exchanges
4.1. Trucare may, at its sole discretion, allow exchanges for the same or alternative product of equal or higher value, subject to availability.
4.2. Exchange requests must follow the same process and timelines as outlined in Section 2 above.
5. GCC Coverage
5.1. This Return Policy applies to customers residing in the United Arab Emirates, as well as in other GCC member countries, namely: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain.
5.2. For cross-border returns:
- The customer shall be responsible for compliance with applicable customs regulations and may bear any international shipping or duties, unless the return is due to product defect or error on Trucare’s part.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Trucare shall not be liable for:
- Any delay or failure in processing a return or refund caused by force majeure, incorrect information provided by the customer, or logistics delays beyond Trucare’s control.
6.2. Trucare reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with this Return Policy.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Return Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE, unless otherwise required under mandatory consumer protection laws of the respective GCC country.
8. Amendments
Trucare reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes shall be effective upon posting on the Website.
