Where do you deliver?

We deliver to UK mainland addresses and Northern Ireland . We regret that we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, BFPO addresses, or outside the UK.

How much does delivery cost?

We charge £4.95 for postage, packing and delivery. There is no charge for orders of £50 or above.

How long does delivery take?

Once your have placed your order it will be processed and released to our delivery service. Our carrier delivers Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm, but not on a weekend or Bank Holiday. Delivery can take upto 10 working days in busy times.

What happens if I am out when they try to deliver?

If there is no one to accept your parcel, our carrier will post a card through your door for you to contact them to arrange a more convenient time to deliver.

Our carrier will try to deliver your parcel 3 times. If they are unsuccessful they will return it to us. We will then contact you for further instruction.
